 Laura Brownwood's pursuit of knowledge in the field of health and nutrition began in 1971. As a professional model in Hollywood for 3 yrs, she had to manipulate her eating to meet the demands of the fashion industry. To find an answer to long term weight control & freedom from obsessive food thoughts, she began research. Eventually, she found the answer to stabilizing body weight through her efforts to understand the basic principles of wellness. In response to repeated requests to share the secrets of her unique lifestyle, Laura developed the concept of a personally designed program for each client. Lifestyle Change pioneered the concept of wellness as the answer to weight management in the 80's. Although there are a small number of spas that have included many of these successful program concepts, their clients must leave the learning environment and return home and try to incorporate the new information into their normal lives. Lifestyle Change Program educates, trains, and demonstrates these concepts for each client within his/her home environment and everyday schedule. This type of structuring has the highest level of success for those who have not accomplished their goals of wellness at weight management.

Also, during the eight years that Laura owned a progressive natural food business she continually searched for a supplement manufacturer with integrity & purity of product. Now, backed by the latest scientific research of the 21st century, Laura finally has a product that works in conjunction with good nutrition and exercise. It's the final piece in the weight loss puzzle to ensure maintenance and peace of mind, i.e. freedom from obsessive food thoughts. In addition, Laura has a background in community leadership, serving as Marketing Director for an International Port, the Executive Director of a Chamber of Commerce, and a City Councilperson.

Now, Laura is using her business and health experiences to consult those wishing Freedom in Health and/or a way to build personal Wealth.
